BITTER MARGARITA
Ingredients
1,5 oz blanco tequila (Adam like’s El Tesoro)
.5 oz mezcal
.5 oz Campari
.5 oz orange liqueur (Adam like’s Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
.25 oz agave nectar
Garnish
Lime Wedge or Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Optional: Coat lime wedge in equal-parts blend of white sugar and salt
Optional: Salt Rim
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8–12 seconds, until the shaker feels very cold and frosty to the touch
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice and garnish

have notes about what you like to do different (e.g., 2:1 cane sugar rich syrup by weight)
Bartender’s Tips
If using freezer door ice,
mention chilling the glass!
