Chartreuse Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Green Chartreuse

  • 0.5 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

  • 0.25 oz Probitas White Rum

  • 1.0 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice

Method

• Prepare a swizzle stick and a tall glass (preferably a Collins glass).

• Fill the tall glass with crushed ice.

• Add Ingredients

• Insert the swizzle stick into the glass.

• With a brisk motion, twirl the swizzle stick between your palms to mix the ingredients and chill the drink.

• Continue swizzling until the glass becomes frosty on the outside.

4. Garnishing:

• Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel.

• Optionally, you can add a dash of Angostura bitters on top for an extra layer of flavor.

5. Serving:

• Serve immediately and enjoy your expertly crafted Chartreuse Swizzle.
